Daryl has managed to sort out back problems that have been plaguing me since my teens. I am continuing to go to regular lessons, and I cannot recommend the Alexander technique and Daryl highly enough. Got to be experienced to really understand what it is about. I read a few books before my lessons, but now am committed to learning in the real world.

I would thoroughly recommend Alexander Technique Richmond - I find myself now preaching to people about the Alexander Technique - it is something everybody should learn. Daryl is friendly, professional, and an excellent teacher, extremely passionate about what he teaches. I have noticed my improvement over the last 6 months - as have my friends and family. Hurrah for Semi-Supine! :-)
