Testimonials

Following several years of difficulties with my back, and having tried standard medical approach via my GP; osteopath and then a chiropractor, it was AT and Daryl that brought me back to being mobile and pain-free. His approach is effective and fast-acting- after just a few sessions, I was literally back on my feet. Continued AT practice has ensured that the years of agony are now thankfully a thing of the past. Highly recommended.

I find Daryl easy and non-judgemental, funny, intuitive and engaging. His sessions have been eye-opening for me. I’ve tried many disciplines (physio, yoga, Feldenkrais, somatic experiencing) and none have worked as effectively as this. The work focuses on complete re-alignment of the body and mind, delving into mental techniques such as stopping to react to stimuli.

Daryl is a patient and competent teacher. He has made me aware of the bad habits I have developed over the years and I come out of his class feeling calm and refreshed. I highly recommend him.
